Parkside West is a 4.1-acre townhome community in Milpitas that brings contemporary residential architecture to Silicon Valley’s evolving urban landscape. Featuring 78 townhomes and 12 accessory dwelling units, the community balances higher-density living with a strong pedestrian scale through varied massing, modern detailing, landscaped paseos, and activated streetscapes. Designed to support modern lifestyles and neighborhood connectivity, Parkside West was recognized with two 2026 Bay Area MAME49 Awards for Best Architectural Design of a Multifamily Community and Best Architectural Design Attached Home under 2,000 SF.
