Our journey toward employee ownership began decades ago with the establishment of retirement and profit-sharing plans designed to reward and empower our team. In 2019, we took a significant step forward by creating an ESOP Trust, opening the door for all eligible employees to participate directly in the company’s financial growth.

Through consistent profit-sharing contributions and thoughtful investment strategies, our ESOP has grown steadily. By 2025, our ESOP Trust purchased a substantial portion of the company’s stock, marking the moment when all participants officially became shareholders in SDG Architects.
