Campus Town
Campus Town is a transformative mixed-use master plan in Seaside, California, reimagining a 122-acre infill site near CSUMB and the former Fort Ord footprint. Designed as a walkable urban village, the project integrates residential neighborhoods, retail and mixed-use spaces, public open areas, and pedestrian-friendly infrastructure to support a complete, connected community. Anchored in new-urbanist principles, Campus Town extends the campus-town model into a vibrant, mixed-income neighborhood that supports daily life, economic vitality, and long-term growth.
