Jeff Potts has been promoted to President, and Jonathan Clark has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary. Together, Jeff and Jonathan bring more than 50 years of combined experience to SDG, having played an instrumental role in shaping the firm’s culture, growth, and continued success.
Throughout their careers at SDG, both have demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and a deep commitment to our clients, partners, and team members. Their promotions reflect not only their professional accomplishments, but also the trust and respect they have earned across the organization over many years.
While these leadership changes mark an important milestone for the firm, SDG’s foundation remains the same. Ralph Strauss will continue serving as CEO & Chairman of the Board, and Jon Strauss will remain a Corporate Board Member, ensuring continuity in leadership and vision as the firm moves forward.
