Working in collaboration with The True Life Companies and the City of Calistoga, SDG Architects provided comprehensive land-planning services to shape this 46-acre site into a cohesive, connected neighborhood that harmonizes with its scenic Napa Valley setting.

The plan introduces a collection of single-family homes complemented by attached and detached accessory dwelling units (ADUs), expanding Calistoga’s range of housing options while preserving open-space connections and natural features.
