The Barcelona Community Clubhouse is a welcoming retreat designed to serve as the social heart of the Trilogy community. Encompassing 1,564 square feet, the clubhouse offers residents a comfortable and beautifully detailed space for gatherings, recreation, and events.

SDG Architects, Inc. partnered with Shea Homes to create a design that reflects the character of the surrounding neighborhood while delivering modern amenities and timeless appeal. The architecture emphasizes warmth, functionality, and connection, featuring inviting indoor spaces that open to outdoor patios and landscaped areas, encouraging community interaction and leisure.
