Tarob Court is a residential community in Milpitas, California, composed of five distinct parcels featuring a mix of townhomes, three- and four-story condominium buildings, and 25 accessory dwelling units. Planned across a 37.28-acre site with a total of 367 residences, the development brings together varied building types and architectural expressions to create a cohesive, walkable neighborhood.

We provided architectural design services in collaboration with True Life Companies, Toll Brothers, and KB Home. The community emphasizes livability through well-oriented buildings, articulated façades, and high-quality materials. Select residences incorporate accessory dwelling units with private entrances and kitchenettes to support flexible living and work-from-home needs. Located within walking distance of the Milpitas BART Station and VTA Light Rail, and minutes from major freeways, Tarob Court offers convenient access to Silicon Valley employers, regional retail, open space, and San Jose International Airport.
