Designed as the new headquarters for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley in San Jose, this 28,000-square-foot facility brings together corporate offices, classrooms, workstations, outdoor courtyards, a gymnasium, and a range of amenities to serve the local community.
Created to inspire and spark curiosity, the design offers a fresh alternative to the traditional school environment—providing children with a place to learn, create, and imagine. Classrooms sponsored by local companies feature proprietary products, technology, and software, transforming each space into a hands-on learning environment where curiosity meets mentorship.
As the first phase of a two-part campus development that will include future athletic fields and outdoor amenities, the headquarters strikes a thoughtful balance between the surrounding residential context and the scale of a modern community hub to be an uplifting, purpose-built space for the next generation of South Bay youth.
