BR 11 is an intentionally planned residential neighborhood within the larger Bishop Ranch community in San Ramon. Designed as a mixed-density village, the 11.09-acre site brings together single-family homes and multi-family residences in a cohesive layout that prioritizes connectivity, livability, and access to shared open spaces.
SDG Architects led the land planning effort for the parcel, developing a conceptual master layout that organizes residential blocks, circulation, and open space into a walkable neighborhood framework. The design balances density with livability, creating a pedestrian-friendly environment while efficiently accommodating both housing types.
Working closely with the builder and consultant team, SDG’s planning approach integrates the BR 11 neighborhood into the broader Bishop Ranch vision. The result is a residential environment that supports a connected lifestyle, with convenient access to nearby parks, trails, and community amenities while maintaining a strong sense of place within the San Ramon community.
