Project Overview

This 5-neighborhood master plan establishes a cohesive, walkable residential community shaped by thoughtful land planning and an appreciation for the area’s rural character. Organized around 114 homes across five floor plans (1,854–2,508 SF), the layout emphasizes logical circulation, clear neighborhood identity, and strong connections to open space.

The site plan balances efficient density—5 DU/AC—with generous setbacks, landscaped buffers, and a hierarchy of streets that guide residents naturally through the community. Neighborhoods are arranged to create intuitive wayfinding and a sense of progression, transitioning from entry streets to quieter residential lanes. Key view corridors and open-space pockets are intentionally aligned to highlight community focal points and enhance the overall visual experience.

Architecture supports the land plan rather than dictating it. Farmhouse-inspired forms, porches, and massing help create a consistent streetscape rhythm, but the real framework comes from the spatial relationships established by the plan: pedestrian-friendly edges, shared green spaces, and logical parcel orientation that maximizes daylight and privacy for every home.
